What counts as a review?
A review counts once, when HIC accepts the request. Approval, rejection, edits, polling, callback retries, and manual callback replay do not add another review.
What allowance does the beta use?
Every beta organization uses the existing Starter allowance: 250 reviews each month plus a 25-review grace allowance, one person, one project, and one review inbox.
Is a credit card required?
No. Paid checkout and review-pack purchases stay disabled until billing has passed the launch test matrix.
How long is resolved review data kept?
Starter retains resolved-review history for 7 days. Minimal non-content operational records remain for reliability and usage reconciliation.
What support is included?
Use the Help link in the app or documentation. During beta we provide a best-effort response within two business days.
